The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the objectives and principles of project cycle management (PCM). During the course students will get familiar with each stage of project cycle such as programming, identification, formulation, implementation and evaluation as well as problem analysis, logical framework and project indicators which form an integral part of project cycle management. The course will emphasise a practical use of the PCM and during practical seminars students will be asked to complete a project proposal according to the principles of PCM.
