Scholarships available

  • Fischer scholarships

The Dean of Faculty of Science, prof. Ivo Frébort, has decided to award up to 10 students in Ph.D. study programmes by scholarships of 300 thousand CZK per year (approximately 11000 Euro). This amount will fairly cover the tuition fee and living expenses in Olomouc, Czech Republic. Fields of study supported by this scholarship are Biophysics, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Physics, Optics and optoelectronics, Biochemistry, International Development Studies, Geoinformatics and Cartography.

  • Scholarship awards under bilateral international agreements – terms and conditions for academic year 2016/17

General Information:
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Czech Republic  annually offers scholarships to foreign nationals, pursuant to bilateral intergovernmental or departmental agreements concluded with a number of countries. Scholarships are awarded to applicants nominated by the competent authorities of eligible countries.

  • Program for cooperation between universities

Program of Czech government is concerning a support of cooperation between Czech and Israeli universities.
Israeli academic employees can apply for a financial contribution when they travel to the Czech Republic. The support covers allowances and accommodation in a hotel at a maximum stay of 5 days.
