  • An overview of a Cell structure. Water polarity. Acids, bases, pH, buffers.
  • Amino acids and peptides. Proteins. Primary and secondary structures. Fibrous proteins. Globular proteins. Tertiary  and quarterly structure. Protein wrapping. Protein-protein interactions. Enzymes  and  enzymologists foundations.
  • Lipids, lipid systems and biological membranes. Transport via membrane. Polysaccharides (structural and  reserved), glycoprotein and  proteoglycans.
  • Structure of nucleic acids ( DNA,RNA), DNA replication, transcription, translation.
  • Foundations of immunology (antibodies, antigens, interaction antibody – antigen, complement, cytokines, cell-mediated immunity and so on.
  • Another biological nanostructure, biomineralization
