Division of separation methods.
Separation according to the size of particles on the basis of various migration rate in a force field (sedimentation, centrifugation, ultracentrifugation, cyclones, impactors , foam flotation, thermodiffusion, electrostatic and magnetic separations, methods of flow analysis-FFF), permeation methods, ( sieving, filtration, membrane methods, ultrafiltration, dialysis, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis ).
Physical-chemical separations (chilling, crystallization, zonic crystallization, salt displacement and precipitation, inclusive compounds, sublimation, lyophilization, distillation and rectification-, azeotropic dislillation, co-distillation, vacuum distillation, molecular distillation).
Selective dissolution, (L-S extraction).
Liquid (L-S) extraction (deviations from distributive principle, extraction system of simple molecules, pseudomolecular substance, chelate complexes and ion).
Gas Chromatography: theory -Van Deemeterś equation and characteristic of individual terms , equations for capillary and packing columns, differentiation and its influencing, column selection.
Sample injection system for packing and capillary columns, TCD, FID, AFID, (TID,NPD), HeD(ArD), CSD, ECD,PID detectors ,electrochemical detectors, O-FID, combined techniques (GC/AED,GC/MS,GC/FTIR).
Quality in GC-retention data, retention indexes and their connections with a structure, selective detection, derivatization, reaction gas chromatography, ( abstraction techniques, hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, carbon skeleton chromatography , pyrolysis, identification reaction behind a column).
Quantification of results in column methods.
