Ecology
Field of study Ecology is open to students of biological sciences and related fields, particularly from the agricultural and forestry colleges. It broadens and deepens the understanding of fundamental ecological processes and interactions in the environment, and this applies to the landscape. Students in this field in workpace with twenty-five year tradition get detailed theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of ecology and related biological disciplines at all levels and their knowledge and skills can expand even in applied subjects dealing with the problems of protection and environment creation. There are many possibilities for individual specialization, students will find a menu of optional items and solve their theses at the Department of Ecology and Environment, but also in other cooperating biological departments.
