CRH/RP Seminar in Plant Proteomics

Students will gain knowledge about the structure and terminology of proteomic publications as well as basics of proteomic data evaluation. Presentations of colaborating researchers from the field of proteomics will also be given.

Students will evaluate proteomic data from proteomic experimental research papers using software applications. Students will present and discuss the the selected paper as well as the results of their using power  point presentation.
