Preparation of culture medium and sterilization of a bioreactor, protein production using batch and fed-batch cultivation of an microorganism (including methods of control and regulation of aeration, pH, temperature, nutrient content and microbial growth), cell harvesting, methods of cell lysis, concentration of a protein from culture media by ultrafiltration, affinity purification of a recombinant protein from cell lysate or culture medium, yield quantification, evaluation of purification level and homogeneity of a preparation.
