The study encompasses interdisciplinary activities in theoretical physics. Specific topics of interest include classical and quantum electrodynamics, field theory in condensed matter physics, nonlinear dynamics and general relativity. The curriculum designed to further working skills in mathematics, computer science and physics emphasizes individual attention and hands-on learning in research teams. Specific topics of interests include electives such as quantum optics, condensed matter physics, astrophysics, mathematical physics, statistical physics and quantum field theory.
